    摘要: 在全球暖化、能源短缺和污染日益嚴重的背景下,實現淨零碳排放已成為全球的重要目標。台灣也在積極推動循環經濟政策。本研究旨在探討固體再生燃料(SRF)在台灣循環經濟中的角色,並評估其經濟效益和永續發展策略。重點是研究SRF在提高能源效率方面的表現,並評估其作為替代能源的經濟可行性。研究方法結合文獻綜述和深度訪談,應用紮根理論進行數據分析。
    研究結果表明,SRF在減碳和能量轉換效率方面表現出色。與傳統焚燒相比,SRF具有更高的燃燒效率、更好的污染控制和顯著的經濟效益。SRF在台灣的循環經濟中扮演著重要角色。儘管面臨諸如法規要求、廢物供應穩定性、環境問題和市場競爭等挑戰,但政府支持和企業的積極參與對於推廣和應用SRF技術至關重要。隨著技術的進步和市場需求的增長,SRF有望成為未來廢棄物管理和可再生能源供應的重要解決方案。

    In the context of global warming, energy shortages, and l pollution, achieving net-zero carbon emissions has become a critical objective globally. Taiwan is also actively promoting circular economy policies. This study aims to explore the role of Solid Recovered Fuel (SRF) in Taiwan's circular economy and assess its economic benefits and sustainable development strategies. The focus is on examining SRF's performance in enhancing energy efficiency and evaluating its economic feasibility as an alternative energy source. The research methodology combines literature review and in-depth interviews, applying grounded theory for data analysis.
    The findings indicate that SRF excels in carbon reduction and energy conversion efficiency. Compared to traditional incineration, SRF offers higher combustion efficiency, better pollution control, and significant economic benefits. SRF plays a vital role in Taiwan's circular economy. Despite facing challenges such as regulatory requirements, waste supply stability, environmental concerns, and market competition, government support and active corporate participation are crucial for the promotion and application of SRF technology. With technological advancements and growing market demand, SRF is poised to become an important solution for future waste management and renewable energy supply.
