| Abstract: | 紙本檔案數位化能提高紙本原件的時限，也能減少紙本原件的耗損，在運用上對管理者與使用者而言也相對便利許多，增加紙本原件的效能廣度，而紙本原件在數位化後，其存在意義依舊重要，並且因應環境的變化須加以妥善維護。
紙本檔案數位化後，衍生了數位模式，而為了讓數位模式順利運作，系統因應而生，為維護其品質與效能，系統須定期進行更新維護與升級軟硬體設備，這些都是需要長期的投入人力與資源。
本研究旨在探討國內國立大學學籍檔案數位化的發展概況與未來展望，並提出相應的想法，為學校發展數位化學籍檔案時提供實質性的貢獻。
依據研究結果，提出以下結論：
一、紙本學籍檔案的現況與問題：
(一) 傳統管理方式
(二) 資料安全問題
(三) 資料共享和協作困難
二、學籍檔案數位化的特徵：
(一) 數據庫的管理
(二) 檔案存取及使用更有效率
(三) 數據安全和資料保護
三、學籍檔案數位化的情形和困難：
(一) 與世界各大學接軌
(二) 建設國際化的數據共用平臺
(三) 管理人員的訓練
依據上述研究結論，提出以下建議：
一、用戶體驗與介面設計
二、區塊鏈技術的應用
三、教育管理模式的創新
Digitizing paper documents can extend the lifespan of the original paper copies and reduce their wear and tear. It also provides greater convenience for both managers and users, enhancing the efficiency and accessibility of the original documents. Despite the digitization, the original paper copies still hold significant value and must be properly maintained to adapt to changing conditions.
After digitizing paper documents, a digital version is generated. To ensure the smooth operation of creating this digital version, systems are developed accordingly. To maintain the quality and performance of these systems, regular updates and upgrades of both software and hardware are required. This necessitates a long-term commitment of manpower and resources.
This study aims to explore the current development and future prospects of digitizing student academic records for the national universities in Taiwan. Additionally, it offers relevant insights to provide substantial contributions to schools in their efforts to develop digital student record systems.
Based on the research findings, the following conclusions are presented:
1. Current status and issues of paper-based student records:
(1) Traditional management methods
(2) Data security concerns
(3) Difficulties in data sharing and collaboration
2. Characteristics of digitized student records:
(1) Database management
(2) More efficient access and use of records
(3) Data security and protection
3. Situations and challenges of digitizing student records:
(1) Integration with universities worldwide
(2) Establishment of an international data-sharing platform
(3) Training of administrative personnel
Based on the above research conclusions, the recommendations are proposed as follow:
1. User experience and interface design.
2. Application of blockchain technology.
3. Innovation in educational management models. |
