    Abstract: 隨著氣候風險意識的上升,社會與環境相關議題的重要性開始受到國際各國政府高度關注。各國因其地理環境、人文背景、法條規範甚至政治關係的不同,進而發展各自的減碳目標。身為永續投資為核心價值觀的先行者,鋒裕匯理投信公司(Amundi Taiwan SITE)於2022年初發行全台第一檔以全球投資等級債為主要布局的綠色債券基金,此檔基金的母策略在國外已行之有年,隨後,發行第二檔以新興市場為主的綠色債券,並在2024初,把投資範圍擴大至全球淨零碳排債券,上述投資產品因國際規範和法規要求之下,以及綠色及永續的浪潮下,過去的持有對象皆以法人為主,包含國際知名退休機構,皆先享有先行者優勢。 有鑑於台灣為傳統零售通路市場,因此本研究以策略行銷分析來探討傳統通路行銷為研究基礎。藉由四個成本分析之架構(4C Analysis)來探討鋒裕匯理投信在台灣的通路行銷活動。本研究為鋒裕匯理投信所提供資訊、服務、品牌形象、行銷策略的改善之道。
    With the increasing awareness of climate risks, the importance of social and environmental issues has gained significant attention from governments around the world. Each country has developed its own carbon reduction targets based on its geographical environment, cultural background, legal regulations, and even political relationships. As a pioneer with sustainable investment as its core value, Amundi Taiwan SITE launched Taiwan's first green bond fund focused on global investment-grade bonds in early 2022. This fund's parent strategy has been implemented internationally for years. Subsequently, they issued a second green bond focused on emerging markets and, in early 2024, expanded the investment scope to include global net-zero carbon bonds. These investment products, regulated by international standards and requirements, have historically been held primarily by institutional investors, including internationally renowned retirement institutions, enjoying first-mover advantages.
    Given that Taiwan operates a traditional retail distribution market, this study employs strategic marketing analysis to explore traditional channel marketing as the research foundation. Using the 4C Analysis framework (Consumer Cost, Convenience, Communication, and Customer Value), this research examines Amundi Taiwan SITE's channel marketing activities in Taiwan. The study aims to provide insights and recommendations for improving Amundi Taiwan SITE's information, services, brand image, and marketing strategies.
