    Abstract: 台灣在累積數十年雄厚的代工經驗後隨著全球產業競爭加劇,台灣企業開始尋
    求轉型升級,政府也積極推動創新創業政策,鼓勵企業與新創合作來提升產業的升
    級與經濟的發展。根據 Global startup Ecosystem report (GSER) 2020 報告,目台灣新創生態系正處於萌芽期(Activation Phase),必須聚焦在具有優勢的產業領域,而且要持續充實早期資金以及擴大新創團隊的數量來跟國際接軌。與企業加速器之間的合作,透過多方的優勢互補,台灣有望在全球創新競爭中脫穎而出(Startup Genome ,2020)。Google Hatcher 計畫為 Google 在台灣推動的企業加速器計畫,旨在協助台灣新創企業成長茁壯。本研究旨在探討 Google Hatcher 計畫對台灣新創企業與生態圈的影響,並分析其成功因素與挑戰。研究發現,Google Hatcher 計畫為台灣新創企業提供了多方面的支持,包括資金、技術、導師、市場拓展等。這些資源有效地幫助新創企業克服了早期發展的瓶頸,提升了產品競爭力,加速了市場拓展。Google Hatcher 計畫也促進了台灣新創生態圈的交流與合作,為新創企業提供了寶貴的學習與成長機會。整體而言,Google Hatcher 計畫對台灣新創生態圈產生了積極影響,為新創企業提供了寶貴的資源與支持。本研究的發現有助於深入了解企業加速器在台灣新創企業與生態圈中的角色與作用,並為未來加速器計畫的設計與實施提供參考。
