    摘要: 本論文首先探討台灣磁磚產業的興衰歷程以及磁磚業外移至越南的背景因素,並深入剖析近幾年全球所面臨的新冠肺炎疫情、美中貿易衝突、俄烏戰爭及通貨膨脹等重大政經事件對產業之影響。確立了研究背景與目標後,蒐集相關產業資料與文獻,並運用PEST分析和波特五力模型,評估越南的宏觀經營環境以及國際磁磚產業的現況。接著,本論文以一家在越南營運多年的磁磚企業T公司為個案,透過訪談取得第一手資料,並加以整理彙總。運用SWOT分析,研究T公司的內部優勢、劣勢,以及外部環境的機會與威脅。在此基礎上,從公司資源的角度,分析T公司的競爭力,並根據研究結果,為T公司提出營運策略建議,強化其競爭優勢、善用科技,以因應瞬息萬變的外部環境,藉此作為目前陶瓷製造相關企業在考慮外移越南營運時的參考方向。
    This paper first discusses the rise and fall of Taiwanese ceramic tile industry and the background factors of the migration of the ceramic tile industry to Vietnam. It also conducts an in-depth analysis of the major issues that the world has faced in recent years, such as the COVID-19 epidemic, the US-China trade war, the Russia-Ukraine war, and inflation. The impact of political and economic events on industry. After establishing the research background and goals, we collected relevant industry data and literature, and used PEST analysis and Porter's five forces model to evaluate Vietnam's macro business environment and the current status of the international ceramic tile industry. Then, this paper takes Company T, a ceramic tile company that has been operating in Vietnam for many years, as a case study, obtains first-hand information through interviews, and organizes and summarizes it. Use SWOT analysis to clarify Company T's internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities and threats in the external environment. On this basis, the competitiveness of Company T is analyzed from the perspective of company resources, and based on the research results, operational strategy recommendations are proposed for Company T to strengthen its competitive advantages and make good use of technology to cope with the rapidly changing external environment. Currently, ceramic manufacturing-related companies are considering moving their operations to Vietnam.
