    Abstract: MRO（維護、維修和運營Maintenance, Repair, and Operations）材料主要為製造設備或生產運行所需的輔助耗材及設備的耗損配件，另涉及生產及維修設備或機械所需的備件、工具和其他消耗品，這些材料與其公司主要產品或服務的生產沒有直接關係。 MRO 項目也包括廠建、應用軟體、辦公用品和維護服務…等。為保持代工廠業務順利運行，滿足生產製造過程中商品和服務，MRO材料的管理計劃、採購、存儲和分配是非常重要的。
    採購管理及數位轉型計畫是企業營運中至關重要的環節。主要在優化物料管理、提高效率、降低成本，以及整合數位技術，以應對日益複雜的市場需求。這些概念也包括了建立供應鏈透明度、優化庫存管理、利用物聯網技術實現實時監控，以及利用數據分析來預測維護等需求，從而降低生產物料短缺的風險並提高生產設備運行效率。
    此外，該計畫還著重於供應鏈採購流程及目標管理，以確保良好的採購過程中的目標控制和穩定性，另外進而達到防弊興利震懾的成效。總而言之，採購管理及數位轉型計畫是企業營運中不可或缺的一部分，除了有助於供應鏈提高效率、降低成本，並確保設備和資源的有效利用，也確保採購流程的操作和維持高效率的運行，避免人力，物力的浪費，同時達成採購目標監管及防弊興利的效果。
