    摘要: 隨著科技進步與專業分工的普及及數據處理需求的增加,對於高效率及安全的資料處理要求也越來越高。許多業者選擇將非核心業務委外,以專注於其核心競爭力,從而促進資料處理服務業的發展。本研究透過質性研究的五力分析、SWOT分析及策略行銷4C架構分析深入探討台灣資料處理服務業的發展及其市場變化的競爭力,並研究一家資料處理公司價值導入的過程,從而梳理出專業的資料處理服務公司的必要衡量指標及每個資料處理流程環節的管控要素。本研究不僅描繪了一家資料處理公司在帳單行業領導者的全貌,也對台灣資料處理服務業的發展提供了豐富的洞見和建議。
    With the advancement of technology, the proliferation of specialized tasks, and the growing demand for data processing, the need for efficient and secure data handling has increased. Many businesses outsource non-core activities to focus on their core competencies, fostering the growth of the data processing service industry. This study employs qualitative research methods, including Five Forces analysis, SWOT analysis, and the strategic marketing 4C framework, to explore the development and market dynamics of Taiwan's data processing service industry. It examines the process of value integration in a data processing company, identifying key performance indicators and control elements for each data processing stage. The research provides insights and recommendations for the industry's development, showcasing a leading billing company and offering a comprehensive view of Taiwan's data processing service sector.
