    Title: 珠寶投資的風險管理研究

    Abstract: 本研究主要探究珠寶投資的風險管理,研究通過SWOT分析、五力分析以及PESTEL分析的研究方法,分析公司投資珠寶產品的戰略規劃,評估行業的吸引力和競爭強度以及分析這些外部因素,預見和準備應對可能影響其業務的經濟和政策變化所帶來的風險。以上三個研究方法層層推進,首先期望透過研究探討收藏重點轉向珠寶投資的用意,釐清珠寶投資的目的和內容,其次分析行業現狀與前景,最後結合前文分析預測最需要注意的幾個風險來源。最後,通過研究者公司的發展為後續珠寶收藏模式總結經驗,對於1.如何準確評估和管理這些價值波動的風險;2.對珠寶市場的深入研究,包括對消費者趨勢、需求變化、新興市場等方面的分析,如何預測未來風險並制定相應策略;3.珠寶業的環境和社會責任日益受到關注產生何種省思,以上三點重點研究。總結研究者創立的101臻藏公司的經營理念為以下九點:擬定目標客群、價值主張的確立、通路的開拓與管理、顧客關係的分析與建立、收支的管控、核心價值與資源、關鍵業務的掌握、重要合作夥伴和成本結構的掌控。針對上述三個研究問題,經過了長時間的田野觀察、比對分析與實踐後,得出如下研究結論:一、珠寶品質決定價值,監測市場波動,從而準確評估和管理風險;二、對消費者趨勢、需求變化、新興市場等方面的分析,有助於預測未來風險並制定相應策略;三、珠寶業的環境和社會責任日益受到關注,實行遵循自然環境和人文環境的可持續化商業行為,才能將投資進行得更加長遠。並且給同業者提出以下的個人看法與建議:一、建議珠寶同業者保持品牌信譽、培養危機意識、並承擔社會責任,以建立長期信任關係;二、珠寶投資者可以注重專業分析、長期價值與共鳴交流,以穩健投資策略應對市場變化;三、針對珠寶消費者以喜愛為主並實際配戴珠寶,享受其美好;四、建議後續其他珠寶行業研究者增加訪談對象的多樣性,並提升應用統計研究方法知識。
    This study primarily explores risk management in jewelry investment. Through the research methods of SWOT analysis, Five Forces analysis, and PESTEL analysis, the study analyzes strategic planning for investing in jewelry products by companies, evaluates the attractiveness and competitive intensity of the industry, and analyzes these external factors so that organizations can foresee and prepare to address risks stemming from macroeconomic and policy changes that may affect their business. These three methods progress step by step, firstly aiming to explore the shift to jewelry investment, clarifying the purpose and content of jewelry investment, secondly analyzing the current status and prospects of the industry, and finally combining the analysis from earlier sections to predict the most critical sources of risk. Finally, through research analysis and the development of my company, experiences are summarized for subsequent jewelry collection models, focusing on how to accurately assess and manage risks associated with value fluctuations, as well as in-depth research into the jewelry market, including analysis of consumer trends, demand changes, emerging markets, etc., to help predict future risks and formulate corresponding strategies. Additionally, the environmental and social responsibility of the jewelry industry is increasingly under scrutiny and requires reflection. The operational philosophy of the 101 ZhenCang Company that I established is summarized in nine points: defining target customer groups, establishing value propositions, expanding and managing channels, analyzing and establishing customer relationships, controlling revenue and expenses, core values and resources, mastering key businesses, important partnerships, and cost structure control. Regarding the three research questions mentioned above, after long periods of field observation, comparative analysis, and in-depth exploration, the following research conclusions are drawn: 1. The quality of jewelry determines its value; monitoring market fluctuations allows for accurate risk assessment and management. 2. Analysis of consumer trends, demand changes, emerging markets, etc., helps predict future risks and formulate corresponding strategies. 3.The jewelry industry's environmental and social responsibility is increasingly under scrutiny. Implementing sustainable business practices following natural and cultural environments is necessary for long-term investment.
    Furthermore, the following personal opinions and suggestions are provided to peers: 1. It is suggested that jewelry industry peers maintain brand reputation, cultivate crisis awareness, and take on social responsibility to establish long-term trust relationships. 2. Jewelry investors can focus on professional analysis, long-term value, and resonant communication to adapt to market changes with a steady investment strategy. 3. Regarding jewelry consumers, prioritize preferences and actually wear jewelry to enjoy its beauty. 4. It is recommended that other jewelry researchers increase the diversity of interviewees and improve their knowledge of applied statistical research methods.
