| Abstract: | 根據內政部2024 年3 月底的人口統計，台灣65 歲以上老年人口已占總人口的18.58%，符合世界衛生組織對「高齡社會」的定義。而面對台灣高齡社會下的長期照顧一直以來都是地方與中央政府攜手解決的課題。目前政府規劃之長照2.0 政策下，長期照顧服務資源要如何建置，並有效解決長者照護的需求與問題，乃是近幾年的重要課題。在社區式服務類長照服務機構中，以日間照顧中心領域為服務人數最多，且隨著台灣失智症長者的日益增加，日間照顧中心也是長照2.0 政策中重要的一環，故此研究以日間照顧服務為出發，結合A 個案日照中心的集中差異化經營策略，探討專門經營失智症的日間照顧中心整體發展以及競爭優勢。
本研究採取質性研究方法，透過收集個案A 日間照顧中心策略執行者的內部
資料來進行，並經過研究者的加以彙整後，檢視該日間照顧服務機構的經營策略。同時，本研究也分析A 公司所在的產業環境，以呈現出A 公司的競爭優勢。最後根據所彙整的資訊提供了具體的結論與建議，旨在幫助A 公司進一步提升其服務品質和市場競爭力。
According to the Ministry of the Interior's population statistics as of the end of March 2024, the elderly population aged 65 and above in Taiwan has reached 18.58%
of the total population, meeting the World Health Organization's definition of an "aged society." Addressing long-term care in Taiwan's aged society has long been a
collaborative effort between local and central governments. Under the current government's Long-Term Care 2.0 policy, the construction of long-term care service resources and effectively addressing the care needs and issues of the elderly are important topics in recent years. Among community-based long-term care service institutions, daycare centers have the highest number of service users. With the
increasing number of elderly with dementia in Taiwan, daycare centers play a crucial role in the Long-Term Care 2.0 policy. Therefore, this study focuses on daycare services, combining the differentiated business strategies of Case A's daycare center to explore the overall development and competitive advantages of daycare centers specializing in dementia care.
This research adopts a qualitative research method, collecting internal data from the strategy executors of Case A's daycare center. After compilation by the researcher, the
business strategies of the daycare service institution are examined. Additionally, this study analyzes the industry environment in which Company A operates to present its
competitive advantages. Finally, based on the gathered information, specific conclusions and recommendations are provided to help Company A further enhance its service quality and market competitiveness. |
