    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討個人電腦產業於全球化經營時策略採購之商業模式。一個完整商業模式的建立,不但要根據產業背景、企業的營運規劃及產品特性進行全方位的評估與設計,還需要企業長時間的投入、適當的資源分配、上下游合作夥伴的配合,而隨著科技與時代的進步,全球環境變化加速,尤其新冠病毒疫情前後的轉變更甚,因此,商業模式也需要企業時時關注並予以適度的調整。

    本研究所選擇之個案公司為全球知名的個人電腦品牌商,於世界各地擁有數個辦公室,上下游之合作夥伴關係穩固,於疫情期間雖曾受到供應鏈不穩定之影響,但其整體營運表現十分良好。本研究從供應鏈的角度切入,分析個案公司全球採購之策略布局,其中包括三種採購模式與三種運輸模式,依序說明其運行方式、建立的原因、企業投入的成本與時間,以及適用的範圍,同時剖析每種模式的特性與優劣勢,在此基礎下,根據公司產品生產所需使用之零組件特性,規劃最合適的採購及運輸模式。

    本研究透過與從業人員訪談與次級資料蒐集,了解個案公司供應鏈的管理模式、組織架構與職能分工,有助於採購活動的分析,理解跨國科技公司於供應鏈管理之目標設定與實務操作之間的平衡。本研究之成果可做為台灣在地電腦產業進行全球採購與國際運輸之參考依據,讓消費性電腦產業更有效率的擴張與獲得良好的發展。
    The study intends to explore the business model of strategic procurement in the global personal computer industry. Establishing a robust business model requires a thorough assessment and design tailored to the industry context, the company’s operational strategy, along with product features, long-term investment, appropriate resource allocation, and collaboration with both upstream and downstream partners. As technology advances, the company must continually reassess and adjust its business model as necessary.
    The selected case is a world-renowned personal computer company. They have several offices around the world and maintain stable relationships with both upstream and downstream business partners. Although their supply chain was affected during Covid-19 pandemic, their business performance remained strong. From the perspective of the supply chain, this study provides a deep analysis of the strategic planning of a case company's global procurement, including three procurement models and three transportation models. It explains in sequence its operational methods, reasons for its establishment, as well as the cost and time invested by the company. Additionally, it includes an analysis of the business model’s characteristics, strengths, and weaknesses. Armed with this information, the company can select the most suitable business model for its key components.
    The study employs in-depth interviews with practitioners and secondary data collection to grasp the management model, organizational structure, and functional division of the supply chain of the case company. This approach is instrumental in analyzing procurement activities and comprehending the goals of supply chain management among multinational technology firms, balancing theory with practical operations. The findings in this study can be applied to Taiwan's local personal computer industry to enhance global procurement and international transportation, enabling the consumer computer industry to expand more efficiently and achieve robust development.
