    Abstract: 李商隱詩歌與辭賦交融面向問題的相關研究及論述，則相對地極為罕見，甚至絕無而僅有，殊為可惜，尤其是李商隱詩歌中所隱藏潛在的辭賦元素及其相關論述，乃至於其平生豐富精彩詩歌的世界裡，辭賦元素究竟如何介入其詩歌創作，又其中如何具體而微地展現其多面向的詩賦融合書寫特色？。並且藉由李商隱詩歌之箋註此一傳統方法及載體，及其中相關清代箋註之代表學者的辭賦論述與其辭賦創作實踐，其間錯綜交織所展現的跨朝代另類詩賦交融之賦學論述網絡，體現出唐詩與清賦另類的時空對話形式。可以彌補並且深化目前學界尚未針對李商隱詩歌展開全面性且歷時性的相關學術考察與整理分析之空缺。
