Title:	社會懈怠情境下自戀人格與目標取向對運動表現之影響 Effect of Narcissistic Personality and Goal Orientations on Sport Performance under Social Loafing Situations

Abstract:	本研究目的是探討在社會懈怠情境中自戀人格及成就目標對運動表現之影響。以60名 (男45人，女15人；年齡20.13歲) 體育學院的球類運動員為參與者，先填寫自我迷戀人格量表、成就目標取向量表後，分別在個人、小團體、大團體等情境下進行三次的跳繩測驗，各紀錄一分鐘的跳繩次數。資料收集後以混合二因子變異數分析進行處理。研究發現：高自戀人格的運動員在個人表現會被高度辨識的情境下有較佳運動表現，相較於辨識度較低的小團體和大團體情境。而低自戀人格無論在任何情境下，運動表現皆無差異。本研究發現在運動情境中，高自戀性格者在個人表現會明顯被確認的氛圍中會更加努力地展現能力，因而促進個體的運動表現。根據此結果，團隊運動教練可利用一些情境的操弄來減少運動員在團隊中的社會懈怠現象，增進團隊的動力。
