    Abstract: 本文探討高等教育的入學制度改革,對於不同的家庭背景進入頂大就讀的機會將如何改變,以及不同的家庭背景從頂尖大學畢業後,其薪資差異為何。試圖深入了解教育機會不均及薪資差異之間的關係,並且從中找出適當的改善方法供主管機關參考。使用財政部財稅資料研究中心的母體層級報稅資料,我們發現:無論是哪個階段的入學制度,均使家庭背景為高所得的學生進入頂尖大學就讀的比例增加。家庭背景為低所得的學生其進入頂尖大學就讀的比例則逐漸減少,但減少的比例相當小。以上結果顯示,雖然入學制度希冀每個人進入大學就讀的機會均等,但是在進入頂尖大學就讀的機會並沒有明顯得到這個效果。
    此外本研究亦發現,家庭背景為低所得的學生畢業於頂尖大學後,其薪資溢酬會高於家庭背景為高所得的學生。這代表頂尖大學對於家庭背景為低所得的學生,在未來工作的薪資會有較顯著的加乘效果。高所得的學生可能因為家庭背景的輔助下,頂尖大學的加乘效果不若低所得的學生來的顯著。
    This paper explores reform of college entrance programs and examines how they impact students from various socio-economic backgrounds in gaining admission to top universities. After examining the wage disparity among students from diverse family backgrounds who graduate from top universities, we seek to identify suitable strategies for enhancing equity in admissions processes, informed by the correlation between educational opportunity inequality and wage differentials. Using the data from the Fiscal Information Agency, this paper reveals that the proportion of students from affluent backgrounds attending top universities consistently rises at each stage of the entrance program. In contrast, the representation of students from underprivileged backgrounds diminishes across all stages of the entrance program. The results indicate that while the reform of college entrance programs aims to equalize opportunities for all students to enter university, it does not uniformly impact access to top universities. Furthermore, this study uncovers that students from underprivileged backgrounds may experience a higher wage premium compared to those from affluent families. Specifically, the multiplying effect of attending a top university on wages is significantly greater for students from low-income backgrounds.
