| Abstract: | 本研究以新管理主義為理論基礎，依此進行我國國民中學校務經營指標之發展、專家問卷之分析以及模糊德菲法之實施等，以建構新管理主義在我國國民中學校務經營指標系統。
本文依指標之重要性與可行性，共發展出5大領域、10大向度與41項指標，後續研究可依據需求及相關條件狀況，斟酌增減應用。
本論文旨在透過新管理主義相關文獻之分析，參酌13名專家學者以及實務工作者之建議，並考量我國教育制度與現況之獨特性，建立新管理主義在我國國民中學校務經營指標系統，俾供學校、教育行政機關計畫制定、政策執行以及後續研究參考。
The purposes of this study were to explore the meaning of new managerialism and to develop a system of secondary education indicators which were applied in school management.
Based on new managerialism, this study employed various methods including literature review, expert questionnaire analysis and the Fuzzy Delphi Method to construct a system. Thirteen professionals were involved in the Fuzzy Delphi Method to evaluate the importance and feasibility of indicators.
Based on the results of the Fuzzy Delphi Method, 5 domains, 10 dimensions and 41 indicators were developed. Finally, this study provided the practical suggestions as the reference for the future school and government to plan and implement policy and for future research. |
