    Abstract: 隨著全球暖化問題引起廣泛關注,不僅各國政府與世界組織簽訂氣
    候協議與制定法規,公民的環保意識也日益增強,開始對企業施加壓
    力,促使其積極採用綠色技術。然而,國際組織報告雖說明綠色技術
    能有效抑制溫室效應,其初期常常需要高昂的投資成本,加上文獻中
    尚缺乏研究探討企業採用綠色技術後對於績效的影響,企業往往對於
    綠色技術採用抱持著觀望的態度。因此本研究欲透過實證分析,使用
    WIPO GREEN 資料庫和維基百科建立綠色技術詞庫,以此篩選出企業
    過往報告中綠色技術字詞,並查看其中企業提及綠色技術的程度與財
    務、環境績效間的關係。結果顯示,企業若持續地於其企業的 CSR 報告、法說會裡提及多類型的綠色技術,將正面顯著影響其後續三年的市價淨值比,且同時也負面顯著地影響溫室氣體排放成本。藉由了解企業對於綠色技術的重視程度所可能影響的財務及環境績效表現,本研究可以對於企業未來採用綠色技術的決策,提供其更全面的資訊及輔助。
