    Abstract: S公司為家庭日用品的國際貿易商/代理商,擔任平台的角色,連結品牌商以及通路商,其將產品自世界各地進口至臺灣,再透過全臺通路銷售至消費者手上。網路的快速發展以及普及化,帶來了資訊爆炸的時代,同時也改變了各行各業的買賣方式,需要面對面所完成的傳統交易模式,現在手指頭輕按一鍵即可完成。自從網路參與市場,新的外來挑戰也隨之形成,S公司應如何祭出新措施以因應交易模式的改變,對內修正作業流程以及對外調整商業模式,以保持並不斷提升其競爭優勢?
      首先描述此案例S公司之組織簡介(產業概況、競爭環境、目標顧客、產品服務、公司定位與優勢、行銷計畫等面向),而後針對營運現況與問題做檢討,並使用IR理論(Ghoshal and Bartlett, 1994) 和AAA model(Ghemawat, 2008),辨別企業所處產業之成長策略分析,並透過分析成本/因地制宜壓力探討出適宜的組織設計,以此發展出目前營運問題之改善策略方案。
