    Abstract: 本文旨在提出讓聽覺照護產業變得更容易取得並且更容易讓普羅大眾負擔
    得起的方式,運用哈佛商學院教授克里斯汀生提出的破壞性式創新理論,實踐聽
    覺照護產業的破壞型技術創新。
    以破壞式創新理論分析,助聽器五大廠寡佔九成市佔率並依循漸進式創新路徑,其技
    術發展已經超過了一般消費者的需求, 平均銷售單價 ASP 亦逐年調漲
    至接近 3000 美元/單耳 ,市場調查結果多數人負擔不起,甚至延誤治療,造成社
    會問題與國家負擔 。 運用新興的真無線藍牙耳機 True Wireless Stereo Earbuds
    技術,具備與助聽器相似的硬體元件,只需要加入可補償聽力損失患者所需要的
    放大技術,如寬動態範圍壓縮、 降低噪音 、方向性麥克風 、迴授音消除等
    演算法,即可以將助聽器常用的功能與藍牙耳機整合在同一台耳機
    上面 ,打造創新的助聽器+藍牙耳機二合一產品, 並提供五大廠助
    聽器 1/1 0 的價格,讓普羅大眾更容易負擔得起。
    瑞昱半導體從產業最上游的IC 設計切入,在 IC 設計階段即開發助聽器相關
    演算法,整合進藍牙耳機的 SoC 裡面,降低助聽器關鍵元件成本,讓助聽器的價
    格降低到 如同藍牙耳機一般容易負擔得起 ,預期將在未來五到十年逐步擴大市佔
    率 ,用破壞型技術創新改變聽覺照護產業。
