    摘要: 半導體產業對於國家的資訊技術發展具有極其重要的策略價值,它構成了當代電子資訊產業發展的關鍵基礎。無論是工業4.0的佈局,大資料的廣泛應用、物聯網的興起,或是智慧型穿戴技術的普及,都依賴於半導體產業的不斷邁進。其中,半導體材料位於產業價值鏈的頂端,其發達程度決定了國家資訊技術的領先競爭優勢。因此,各大先進國家紛紛將半導體積體電路設備視為戰略性產業,並積極予以支持和培育。

    近年來,國內積極發展半導體產業,國內的半導體載具材料供應商在半導體的策略佈局之中,擁有良好的發展商機。C個案公司為國內知名半導體載具材料供應商,自傳統產業轉型銜接國際水準,其發展所面臨的問題,反映出許多半導體同業的共同挑戰。

    本研究以C個案公司為研究對象,運用4C策略行銷分析、SWOT分析、SWOT策略矩陣,以及波特五力分析等競爭分析工具。運用整體性的策略規劃和研究,協助解決目前公司競爭力不足、策略不清晰、市場定位和目標不明確等問題。本研究詳細說明了國內半導體載具材料產業現狀和主要的問題,透過波特五力模型等方法,對企業所處的整體環境以及市場競爭狀況做深入的解析。

    依據C個案公司實際面臨狀況,本研究針對技術、人力資源、產品、市場、財務等內部因素進行深入分析,詳解企業所擁有的能力和資源,以剖析C個案公司的關鍵特點和核心價值,從而實現競爭優勢面對機會和挑戰。

    本研究運用SWOT矩陣分析,設計出四種策略組合,包括成長型、扭轉型、多元化經營型和防守型,在這些策略中,提出聚焦於區隔市場的成長型策略作為C個案公司當前的最佳選擇。

    最後,針對C個案公司在技術研發、組織架構、規章制度、財務管理、市場行銷、業務結構等各面向,建立與策略方向相互配合的執行措施,提出研究者的構想和建議,將策略目標拆解到企業營運和管理的各個層面,增強企業的策略執行可行性和可操作性。

    透過本研究協助C個案公司充分地發揮本身關鍵特點,掌握市場商機,整合內部資源,提高營運效率,使C個案公司具有長期競爭優勢、發展壯大,與在半導體產業占主導地位的外資廠商相抗衡。對國內同行的發展策略具有重要的經驗借鏡價值,同時也為提高國內半導體載具材料產業的整體水準,做出了正面的探討。
    The semiconductor industry has important strategic value for the country's information technology development. It is the foundation for the development of the contemporary electronic information industry. Whether it is the layout of Industry 4.0, the application of big data, the rise of the Internet of Things, or the popularization of smart wear, they all rely on the development of the semiconductor industry. Among them, the semiconductor materials industry is the key to the entire industry. It is at the top of the industrial value chain. Its degree of development determines the leading competitive advantage of national information technology. All major advanced countries regarding the semiconductor integrated circuit equipment industry as a strategic industry. C Case company is a well-known supplier of semiconductor carrier materials in Taiwan. The problems faced by its development are quite representative in the industry. In the recent years, Taiwan has developed the semiconductor industry vigorously. Domestic semiconductor carrier material suppliers have good development opportunities in the strategic layout of semiconductors.

    This study used the 4C strategic marketing analysis of the C semiconductor carrier materials case company, the SWOT analysis of the C case company, the SWOT strategy matrix of the C case company, and the competition analysis of the C case company(Porter's five forces analysis). This study takes C Case Company as the research object, and strives to use comprehensive research and analysis to help solve the current problems of weak competition, unclear strategies, unclear market positioning and unclear goals of the C case company. This study elaborates on the current situation and main problems faced by the domestic semiconductor carrier materials industry. Using Porter's Five Forces Model and other methods, a detailed analysis was made of the overall environment and market competition in which the company is located.

    Based on the situation of C Case Company, starting from the internal factors such as technology, human resources, products, market, and finance, the capabilities and resources possessed by the company were analyzed, the characteristics and core values ​​of the C Case company were explored, and the challenges faced by C Case Company were explained. This study uses the SWOT strategy matrix to design four strategic combinations of growth, turnaround, diversification, and defensive strategies, and proposes that the growth strategy focusing on segmenting the market is the best choice for C Case Company at this stage.

    Finally, integrating the actual situation, establishing implementation measures that coordinate with the strategic direction in terms of technology research and development, organizational structure, rules and regulations, financial management, marketing, business structure, etc., the researcher's ideas and suggestions are put forward, and the company's strategy is decomposed into all levels of enterprise operation and management, making the enterprise's strategy execution more feasible and operable.

    Through this research, C Case Company is assisted to fully leverage its competitive advantages, seize market opportunities, integrate internal resources, and improve operating efficiency, so that C Case Company has a long-term competitive advantage in the semiconductor carrier materials industry where foreign investment dominates. C Case Company used the effective strategy execution to gain sustained competitive advantage, which has important experience and reference value for the development strategies of domestic peers. It also made a positive discussion on improving the overall level of the domestic semiconductor carrier material industry.
