    Abstract: 本發明提出一種自動產生裁判要旨的方法，是由電腦系統取得裁判書資料，對裁判書資料執行包括原始資料解析處理及斷詞與詞性標記處理的語料前處理、特徵擷取處理、基於裁判要旨資料模型的摘要處理，以產生裁判要旨資料，並 輸出裁判要旨資料。本發明可經由機器學習來自動產生裁判要旨資料。並且，所自動產生的裁判要旨資料具有客觀且選擇標準一致的特性。
    A method for generating abstract of written judgment automatically is provided. The method is to retrieve judgment data at a computer system, execute a preprocess for corpus having a process of raw data analysis and a process of word segmentation and part-of-speech tagging, a feature extraction process, an abstracting process based on a judgment abstract data model, for generating the judgment abstract data, and output the generated judgment abstract data. The present disclosed example can generate the judgment abstract data automatically by machine learning, and the automatically generated judgment abstract data is with the characteristics of objective and consistent selection standard.
