    Title: 綠色管理在教育領域的研究熱點與前沿
    The Research Hotspot and Frontier of Green Management in the Field of Education

    Abstract: 本研究透過文獻回顧,發現綠色管理在教育領域的內涵可分為四大部分:核心思想、管理原則、實行單位層級、實施面向。核心思想有三:環境意識、永續發展、人本主義。管理原則亦有三:民主、公開、透明的行政決策;平等、支持、共榮的組織關係;溝通、合作、追蹤的政策推動。實行單位層級由行政高層至教育現場為:中央及地方政府、高等教育機構、國民高中小學。而在實施面向上,中央及地方政府,負責政策推動、支援經費、培育行政人才;高等教育機構,在環境面建置智慧校園,對內培育綠色人才,對外肩負大學社會責任;國民高中小學則是在環境面建置綠色環境,對內安排永續課程與教學,對外強化學生與社區文化之連結。
    在研究方法上,運用文獻計量分析法中引文分析的網狀分析,將自WoS資料庫蒐集到的數據放至VOSviewer進行分析與視覺化。研究熱點透過關鍵詞共現分析,共篩選出5671個關鍵詞,以最小出現次數為10進行篩選,共有137個符合條件,進行分析後發現綠色管理在教育領域的研究熱點有五大主題:「環境教育與知識態度」、「新冠肺炎與教學創新」、「高等教育與永續政策」、「永續教育與科學素養」、「永續發展與管理實踐」。而研究前沿,則運用文獻耦合分析法進行分析,共分析出1351篇文獻,以最小被引次數為20進行篩選,共有139篇符合條件,發現突現文獻為新冠疫情後出現的數位轉型議題,推論在智能社會的趨勢之下,資通訊相關議題會是未來綠色教育管理研究的趨勢。
    本研究建議,未來的研究發展方向可朝智能學校如何培育永續人才,以及各種綠色管理政策的實施對學生短期學習成就及長期人生態度及發展的影響,進行縱貫性分析,以對綠色管理教育領域有更進一步的貢獻。
    This study delved into green management in education through a literature review. It identified three core concepts: environmental consciousness, sustainable development, and humanism. Three management principles were also recognized: democratic and transparent decision-making, equal and supportive organizational relationships, and communication and collaboration in policy promotion. Implementation units, ranging from government to educational institutions, were found to play different roles in policy advocacy, funding support, talent development, and the creation of green environments.
    Utilizing citation analysis and keyword co-occurrence analysis, five research themes emerged: the knowledge and attitude of environmental education, COVID-19 and teaching innovation, higher education and sustainable policies, sustainable education and scientific literacy, and sustainable development and management practices. It is found that digital transformation is an emerging issue in the post-COVID-19 era.
    Future research should focus on intelligent schools nurturing sustainable talent, cultivating sustainable competencies, and examining the impact of green policies on student achievement and attitudes. Such studies will advance the field of green management education.
