| Abstract: | 本研究探討了後疫情時代財富管理銀行保險導入數位工廠調整之研究，以T個案銀行為例。數位工廠是指將數位技術應用於銀行保險業務的製造和運營過程中，以實現自動化、數據化和智能化的生產方式。本研究認為數位工廠可以幫助財富管理銀行保險業務提高效率、提升客戶體驗、降低風險和促進創新，並且分析了數位工廠對財富管理銀行保險業務的影響和價值。本研究也指出了財富管理銀行保險業務在導入數位工廠過程中可能面臨的挑戰和風險，例如技術風險、數據隱私風險、文化轉型風險等等，並且提出了相關的管理策略和建議，例如加強數據保護和安全措施、提高員工技能和知識水平、提高客戶對數位工廠的認識和接受度等等。本研究旨在為財富管理銀行保險業務在後疫情時代的數位轉型提供參考和指導。 |
