    Abstract: 現今企業面臨的問題愈加複雜,往往需要投入大量的資源和時間來解決。透過專案管理將可以幫助企業提高效率、減少風險、增加競爭力,增強組織協作,因此專案管理越來越受到企業經營者的高度重視。本研究以個案G公司TPARK工程開發案為例,透過個案分析結果顯示個案G公司在委任專業的第三方專案管理顧問團隊,藉由導入五階段交付方法,在專案初始、規劃、設計、工程至結案的五大階段,以客戶為中心的服務、整合全球資源的能力、數據化技術應用、產業前瞻性和重視可持續發展等獨特之處,嚴格的服務標準,包括專案管理、品質控管、成本控制、風險管理等,有效地幫助工程開發團隊將資源運用最大化,為客戶提供高品質、高效率、高價值的專案管理服務,最終成功達成專案目標。
    The problems faced by enterprises today are becoming more and more complex, often requiring a lot of resources and time to solve. Through project management, it can help enterprises improve efficiency, reduce risks, increase competitiveness, and enhance organizational collaboration. Therefore, project management is increasingly valued by business operators. This research takes G company`s TPARK construction development project as an example. Through the case analysis results, it shows that G company is appointing a professional third-party project management consultant team, who adopt a five-stage delivery method, from the initial stage of the project, planning, design, construction, and closeout, by introducing customer-centric services, the integration of global resources, the application of digital technology, industrial foresight and emphasis on sustainable development and its strict service standards in terms of project management, quality control, cost control, risk management, etc., effectively help the project development team to maximize the utilization of resources, provide customers with high-quality, high-efficiency, and high-value project management services, and finally successfully achieve project goals.
