    摘要: 新冠疫情迫使全球數百萬人採用「在家工作」(WFH)的工作模式。儘管人們逐漸從這場危機中恢復,但遠程工作已成為一種偏好的工作安排和新常態。在疫情期間,資訊及通訊技術(ICT)的使用使人們能夠在任何時間、任何地點進行工作。然而,隨著「工作與生活平衡」(work-life balance)的概念越來越受到關注,資訊及通訊技術(ICT)的增加使用被人們既讚揚又批評,因為它模糊了工作和個人生活在家之間的界限。即時通訊(IM)應用和企業社交網絡(ESN)平台是在工作中常用的社交通訊工具。然而,過去的邊界理論研究並未廣泛研究這兩種社交通訊工具的差異。此外,工作滿意度對於許多人來說是一個重要問題。因此,本研究旨在探討即時通訊和企業社交網絡平台的使用以及工作滿意度是否能夠調節邊界理論中的界線違反。
    The COVID-19 pandemic has forced millions of individuals worldwide to adopt the “work from home” (WFH) approach. Although people are gradually recovering from this public health crisis, remote work is becoming a preferred working arrangement and a new norm. During the pandemic, the use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) has enabled people to work virtually from any location at any time. However, the increased use of ICT has been both praised and criticized for blurring the boundaries between work and personal life at home, as the concept of “work-life balance” (WLB) gains more attention. Instant messaging (IM) applications and enterprise social networking (ESN) platforms are commonly used communication tools for work. However, past boundary theory studies did not extensively research these two types of social communication tools. Furthermore, job satisfaction is a critical issue for many individuals today. As such, this paper aims to investigate whether the use of IM and ESN tools and work satisfaction can moderate the boundary violations in boundary theory.
