    Abstract: 本研究主要探討精密光學模具產業的產業環境特殊性與在該產業中持續發 展之廠商所具備之競爭優勢。由於科技的進步和人們對於智慧型手機和汽車駕 駛輔助系統的需求日益增長,精密光學模具產業正在不斷發展並優化產品以滿 足消費者的需求。本研究分析了 X 公司所處的產業環境以及其獨特的競爭優 勢,並試圖回答 X 公司所處的精密光學模具產業環境有什麼特殊性、以及發覺 X 公司具有什麼樣的競爭優勢,使其能夠面對市場競爭環境。
    在分析的過程中,我們將司徒達賢的策略形態分析法和 Michael Porter 的 五力分析方法作為主要的研究工具。透過這些方法,我們可以更深入地理解 X 公司的策略形態和競爭環境,以及其在光學模具產業中的定位。此外,我們也 將透過次級資料分析和訪談來收集資訊,以獲得對於產業和公司的深度了解。
    本研究的目的在於提供光學模具產業中的企業家以及決策者對於該產業的 更多見解和理解,透過本研究更深入理解精密光學模具產業的競爭環境以及 X 公司在該產業中的策略與成功因素,期望這些發現有助於其他在同產業中的廠 商或潛在的創業者認識產業環境與市場機會,並制定出適合自己的策略。
    This research primarily investigates the industry environment specificity and competitive advantages of continual developing firms within the precision optical mold industry. Owing to the advancement of technology and growing demand for smart phones and car driver assistance systems, the precision optical mold industry is constantly developing and optimizing its products to meet consumer needs. This study analyzes the industry environment in which Company X operates and its unique competitive advantages, attempting to answer what specificities exist in the precision optical mold industry environment where Company X operates and what competitive advantages Company X has to face the competitive market environment.
    During the analysis, the Strategic Pattern Analysis and Michael Porter`s Five Forces Analysis were used as the primary research tools. Through these methods, we can gain a deeper understanding of the strategic types and competitive environment of company X, as well as its positioning in the optical mold industry. Additionally, we will collect information through secondary data analysis and interviews for an in- depth understanding of the industry and company.
    The purpose of this research is to provide entrepreneurs and decision-makers in the optical mold industry with more insights and understanding of this industry. By gaining a deeper understanding of the competitive environment of the precision optical mold industry and the strategies and success factors of company X in this industry through this research, hoping these findings will help other manufacturers or potential entrepreneurs in the same industry recognize the industry environment and market opportunities and formulate strategies suitable for themselves.
