    Abstract: 近年來,越來越多的台灣人投身於微型創業的熱潮之中,此可歸因於微型創業有其獨特的吸引力如規模小,創立成本相對較低等原因,對於資源有限但擁有創業熱情的人來說,這種條件無疑具有極大的誘因。

    然而,資源及資金的短缺往往是微型創業的一大挑戰,這不僅對企業的日常營運構成壓力,也使得業務擴展變得困難,因此本研究將探討有何關鍵創業因素使微型企業能夠創立,以及長期而言是否有發展限制。此外,在缺少資源及成本考量下,創業者多利用社群軟體或電商交易平台接觸消費者,因此亦探討平台經濟與微型企業之間的關係。

    本研究透過深度訪談服飾設計、寵物產品、美甲等三個產業的微型企業,並就訪談內容進行分析,最後得出下列結論:一、微型企業的創業動機不僅是滿足基本生存需求,也包含滿足創業者個人成就及投入自己有興趣或擅長之領域;二、創業機會辨識、個人特質及人脈是微型企業成立的關鍵因素;三、平台經濟能協助微型企業降低創立及營運成本;四、微型企業始終面臨資源及資金缺乏,以及無法規模化的困境。
    In recent years, an increasing number of young people in Taiwan have been drawn to the trend of micro-entrepreneurship. This attraction can be at-tributed to its unique features such as smaller scale and relatively low start-up costs, making it a compelling choice for those with limited resources but a strong passion for entrepreneurship.

    However, the scarcity of resources and capital often poses a significant challenge to micro-entrepreneurs. This not only adds pressure to daily opera-tions but also makes business expansion difficult. This research thus investi-gates the critical factors enabling the establishment of micro-enterprises and examines whether there are long-term development limitations. Given the lack of resources and cost considerations, entrepreneurs often use social media or e-commerce platforms to reach consumers Therefore, the relationship between the platform economy and micro-enterprises is also examined.

    This research conducts in-depth interviews with micro-enterprises in three industries: fashion design, pet products, and nail art. The interview con-tents are analyzed, and the following conclusions are drawn: 1. The entrepre-neurial motivation of micro-enterprises is not only to satisfy basic survival needs but also to achieve personal fulfillment and engage in areas of personal interest or expertise. 2. Opportunity recognition, personal traits, and social net-works are key factors in the establishment of micro-enterprises. 3. The platform economy can help micro-enterprises reduce startup and operational costs. 4. Micro-enterprises consistently face challenges such as resource and funding shortages and the inability to scale up.
