    Abstract: 金融科技的迅速發展對銀行業造成全面而深遠的影響,對於我國銀行業者而言,如何就金融科技方面進行創新?顯然是個非常挑戰的議題。
    組織方式直接影響組織內部的溝通協作效率、決策速度和創新能力等。本研究認為銀行業者如何成立新部門、組織部門及團隊,與進行溝通協調等,都與其能否有效促成創新有非常大的關係。
    再者,有效的知識管理,可以使組織能更善加利用內外部的知識資源並提高創新能力。本研究認為銀行業者的創新基礎與其知識管理的相關活動有非常密切的關係。
    緣此,本論文研究特別針對我國銀行業者在金融科技方面的創新、組織方式與知識管理等三方面進行探討,並選擇我國銀行業者在金融科技發展上屬於領先群之一的玉山銀行為研究對象,進行深入的質性個案研究,本研究在方法上結合次級資料與半結構式訪談的方式,來收集資料並進行分析,所得到的主要結論如下:
    一、 我國金融科技發展屬於領先者群體中的銀行業者,在進行金融科技的創新上,會因為要成為市場領導者的目標,而更加著重科技的投入與創新。
    二、 我國金融科技發展屬於領先者群體中的銀行業者進行金融科技創新時,在科技創新的開發團隊上,會傾向於採用功能型團隊的組織方式,此外,在科技創新部門層級的組織上,也會因科技創新的特殊需求,而採取不同於傳統銀行的組織方式。
    三、 我國金融科技發展屬於領先者群體中的銀行業者進行金融科技的創新時,會同時著重技術平台與服務商品的「開發」,而在創新的「測試」方面則會結合多重利害關係人來進行整合性的測試,以確保實際上線營運時的順暢。
    四、 我國金融科技發展屬於領先者群體中的銀行業者進行金融科技的創新時,在技術「知識取得」管道的選擇上,會強調成本效益與急迫性的考量;在「知識交流」上,會注重跨域的學習與創新文化;在「知識保護」上,則會注重正式的保護機制。
    本論文最後並提出實務上的建議、學術上的貢獻,與後續研究的建議。
    The rapid development of FinTech has had a comprehensive and far-reaching impact on the banking industry. For Taiwanese banks, how to innovate in FinTech? It is obviously a very challenging issue.
    Organizing directly affects the efficiency of communication and collaboration, decision-making speed, and innovation capabilities within the organization. This study believes that how banks establish new departments, communicate and coordinate, etc., have a lot to do with whether they can effectively promote innovation.
    Furthermore, through knowledge management, organizations can make better use of internal and external knowledge resources and improve innovation capabilities. This study argues that the basis for innovation is very much related to activities related to knowledge management.
    For this reason, this thesis specifically discusses the innovation, organization and knowledge management of Taiwanese banks in terms of FinTech. Finally, through the collection of secondary data and semi-structured interviews, an in-depth discussion is conducted on E.Sun Bank. The research conclusions are as follows:
    1. In terms of FinTech innovation, leading Taiwanese banks will pay more attention to technology investment and innovation in order to become a market leader.
    2. Taiwanese banks who lead in FinTech tend to adopt a functional team organizational structure for technological innovation development when carrying out FinTech innovation. In addition, due to the special needs of technological innovation, they will adopt a different organization method than traditional banking.
    3. When Taiwanese banks who lead in FinTech innovate in FinTech, they will focus on the "development" of platforms and service products at the same time, and in the "testing" of innovation, they will conduct tests through the integration of multiple stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the actual line.
    4. When Taiwanese banks who lead in FinTech innovate in FinTech, they emphasize on cost-effectiveness and urgency in the channel selection of technological "knowledge acquisition" in "knowledge exchange", it will pay attention to cross-domain learning and innovation culture; in terms of "knowledge protection", they focus on formal protection mechanisms.
    At the end of this paper, practical suggestions, academic contributions, and suggestions for follow-up research are put forward.
