    摘要: 台灣對於新事業發展提供很好的商業環境,企業要永續經營就要不斷求新與求變,求新方面可以發展新事業或多角化經營等方式求變可以整合上下游關係或是加速改善精進產品更滿足顧客需求與或解決顧客的痛點。企業投資新事業發展成功率很低,新事業要成功孵化、評估與策略,需要資源與技術,在競爭激烈與技術持續進步的商業環境經營下,新事業發展過程一樣面對高風險與陷阱,新事業發展成功的機率很低。本人因緣際會參加專案管理與敏捷管理翻譯志工行列,深入探討專案管理知識領域並與研究專案管理的學者和產業人士交流進一步了解五大流程與十大管理範疇,對企業經營發展新事業在過程做決策與執行行動方案上可以幫助新事業發展,能幫助逐步改善並能達到成功的目標。
    藉由個人職涯中經歷的案例,x公司與y公司,透過專案管理的五大流程與專案管理十大管理知識領域,探討個案如何運用五大流程與十大管理題提出行動方案與作成決策,過程搜集資料、分析資料與降低風險,並且定期監視管控進度與每個階段的正確與行動方案,反覆運用與累積經驗,滾動式調整、時間與計畫流程。x公司案例在非常短的時間達到目標,並且將成功的過程與經歷定為標準營運流程的模組,協助團隊做對的事更能累積經驗,運用正確的資訊流。y公司案例在短短的三個月,成立一個新的事業單位,成功將產品上市到市場, 開發市場提供產品公司給顧客與終端顧客優質商品與更好的產品與產品知識服務。
    新事業發展與專案管理x公司案例與y公司案例有很多方面是非常相似,如二者都是要在一定計畫的期程內完成目標,過程面對的問題也都是複雜與變化快速的商業環境。所以想要探討專案管理知識體系指南的十個管理面向協助新事業團隊或企業經營者面對的問題挑戰更能有效找到解決方案,制定決策、運用現有資源或尋求協助在期程內有效解決,累積經驗成功達到目標,臻至完善,期許本論文探討能夠為企業經營者與新事業團隊面對高風險與成功率非常低的新事業團隊,提供專案管理五大流程與專案管理十大知識領域,幫助企業與新事業團隊能夠運用管理能力做最好的決策與有效的行動。
    Taiwan provides a good commercial environment for the development of new businesses. Enterprises must constantly seek innovation and change for their operational sustainability. In terms of seeking innovation, they may either develop new businesses or diversify their operations. The method of seeking for business change can integrate upstream and downstream relationships or accelerate to improve and renovate products to meet closer to customer needs or solve customer pain points. The success rate of enterprise investment in new business development is very low. To successfully incubate, evaluate, and strategize new businesses, resources and technology are required. Under the business environment of fierce competition and continuous technological advancement, new business development also faces high risks and pitfalls, and the probability of success in new business development is very low. As a translation volunteer of project management and agile management, the translation teams of volunteers who are scholars with domain knowledge and project managers in various industries with solid experiences. I personally understand the five processes i.e. IPECC(Initial Process, Planning Process, Execution Progress, Monitor and control Process & Closing Process) and ten management knowledge areas can help decisions making and executing of business development and new business. With the implementation of the action plan, both can help new business development and to gradually improve and achieve successful goals.
    In personal career life, the cases of company x and company y through the five major processes of project management and the ten major management knowledge areas of project management analyze how the case uses the five major processes and ten management areas to elaborate action plans and make decisions , the process of collecting data, analyzing data and reducing risks, and regularly monitoring the progress of control and the correctness and action plan of each stage, repeated application and accumulation of experience, rolling adjustment and time and planning process. The x company case achieved the goal in a very short time, and defined the successful process and experience as a module of the standard operation process that help the team to do the right thing and accumulate experience and use the correct information flow. The y company case setup a new business unit within 3 months after the termination of CSO contract. The company y successfully launched the derma product to the market, and the market was developed and provide good quality product and service to customers with high-quality products and product knowledge services.
    New business development and project management of the cases of company x and company y are very similar in many respects. For example, both have to complete their goals within a certain planned period, and the problems they face during the process are also complex and business environment with rapid change. Therefore, I want to discuss the ten management areas of the project management knowledge domain to help new business teams or business managers to solve problems and take challenges to find solutions more effectively, make decisions, use existing resources, or seek assistance to effectively solve them within the period sso that result in accumulated experience to achieve the goal and make the team and business more excellent. It is expected that this thesis will provide five major processes of project management and ten knowledge areas of project management for business managers and new business teams facing high risks and help the team to pursue for success even though the successful rates for new business teams is so low. To help business owners and new business teams to use their management capabilities to make the best decisions and effective actions.
