Abstract:	文化部於2017年起推動「國家漫畫博物館(2017-2029 年)」公共建設計畫，可視為鄭麗君部長任內，積極以歷史論述重構的各種公共建設佈建，作為重新建構台灣本土認同與歷史詮釋視角的一環。「漫畫」為大眾流行文化之一環，自有其所依循之商業模式與次文化。經常被視為屬於小眾／特定族群，甚至從藝術史的角度言，每每引發激烈辯論，關於「漫畫」是否屬於藝術創作的範疇，具濃重次文化的「漫畫」與「國家」／官方政策之間得以構連，甚且是與具有殿堂形象的「博物館」機構並置，這其中牽動著何種作用與想像，為本文所欲探索之起點。
