    Abstract: 道路救援服務一項必須具備專業技術力產品,對汽車後市場端屬於剛性需求。在汽車發生故障或意外事故會想到要請求拖吊救援服務,服務司機到場依現場環境及故障原因憑其專業能力進行作業判斷,而大多車主都不清楚道路救援服務是必須透由不同的輔助工具設備執行拖吊救援。
    本研究首先進行產業分析,再就道路救援的服務內容及拖吊執行方式進介紹,車隊管理作業項目制定道路救援標準作業流程,現行執行道路救援服務由客服人員進行派案後,司機抵達現場執行拖救服務完成,提供紙本簽認單讓客戶簽名確認,後續再進行案件結案記錄及現場照片審核,耗時耗工且耗費客服人力成本,作業流程
    採用PEST分析了解整體市場面、經濟環境及技術發展方向,探勘市場找出新產品機會,並運用五力分析檢視自我,找出差異點及具備主要能力,提高與客戶端黏著度,退出門檻,提升競爭力,樹立形象。運用車隊現場服務APP與客服中心作業系統整合,規劃出新服務模式。
    以科技系統開發道路救援APP及LINE BOT客戶端及車隊端工具,司機現場作業以服務工具記錄管控,客服中心主要監控及異況管理,針對特殊作業現場照片計價條件以大數據模式收集大量不同的救援方式照片,機器學習建立自動評價系統,未來以數位辩識計價,將道路救援服務走向數位轉型發展。
    Road rescue service is a professional and cumbersome service for after sale in car market industry. The nature of its service is a rigid demand. There is a need for traffic accidents or parts failure services, but car owners couldn`t easily find the help they need, or do not know where to find a legitimate automobile repair shop. Most people think that roadside rescue service technicians do not require professional skills and think those technicians do not hold any professional technical skills. Not fully understanding the professional ability of all roadside rescue service technicians, and the difficulties in designing and developing of roadside rescue equipment and tools. Taking this chance to introduce the service items of roadside rescue, the handling method of towing and rescue, and the management mode of roadside rescue crew. So people will have a better understanding of roadside rescue services. The development of the after-service industry and the gradual digitalization of the backend system have further enhanced the importance of digital transformation in roadside rescue system.
    Not only the improvement of the roadside rescue special operation tools and equipment, but also the improvement of rescue professional technology in both manual operation and service system are moving into digitalization. It uses automatic identification to verify various roadside rescue and special operation service items. Replacing most of the manual operation, therefore, shortening the operational process time to standardization. Strengthening self-competitiveness and service cost control, thereby, improving customer relationships and service quality.
