Global connector industry is growing steadily, and by affiliating within precision product industry, the manufacturing of connector is passive production. How to construct innovative market economies by using innovative techniques and business strategies hence is quite a critical lesson for precision product industry. Adopting a connector company H as the case, the study is to discuss how precision product industry utilizes relevant strategies to build its market innovation opportunities. Through the situations of H company in the adoption of strategic alliance, the study induced that within different conditions of product, companies in precision product industry can use complementary alliances or uncertainty reduction strategies alliances to create market innovation opportunities in industry layer whereas can use synergistic strategic alliances or authoring in enterprise level. The study recommends the distribution between novel and original markets or products in precision product industry can be established by the needs of the markets themselves and the tendencies of global market, to construct effective beneficial mechanism within products and markets.
