Abstract: | 台灣資訊服務業區分為軟體開發、系統整合建置、資料處理服務以及軟硬體銷售,都是傳統系統開發模式,這幾年資訊科技得日新月異在雲端服務、大數據以及人工智慧的技術,國際資訊服務都走向資訊服務訂閱模式。S公司作為台灣最大的資訊服務業擁有超過三萬多家客戶資源,現有營收80%都是以賣斷式的產品服務與每年定期維護收入為主,目標提升訂閱式產品服務到80%。 本研究之目的說明如下: 1.分析在目前台灣整體環境下,企業與資訊服務業暨軟體業對於訂閱經濟的需求狀況 2.針對個案公司訂閱商業模式分析,再進一步探討分析其商業模式以提升競爭力與營收金額。 本研究以資訊服務業的角度來探討面對資訊科技在訂閱經濟的發展,如人工智慧、大數據、人工智慧、雲端運算、資訊安全防護等。加上政府採購法的轉型與來自企業客戶的數位轉型與淨零排放的雙軌轉型需求,與個案公司內部條件做整體分析,包含PEST分析、五力分析、客戶需求分析、SWOT分析、商業模式等。探討資訊服務業在訂閱經濟需求,提供於相關業者策略制定之參考依據。 In Taiwan, information service industry is divided into software development, system integration and construction, data processing services, and software and hardware sales, these are belonged to traditional system development models. In recent years, information technology has developed rapidly in cloud services, big data, and artificial intelligence technologies. Information services are moving towards an information service subscription model. Taiwan Company S has more than 30,000 customers. 80% revenue is based on sell-out product services. but now the goal is to increase subscription product services to 80%. The purpose of this study is stated as follows: 1. Analyze the information services and software industries under the current overall environment in Taiwan. 2. Based on the analysis of the subscription business model of the case company, further discuss how to optimize the business model to enhance competitiveness and revenue. This study explores the development of information technology in the subscription economy from the perspective of the information service industry, such as artificial intelligence, big data, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, information security protection, etc. Like the government purchase policy changed and the digital transformation and net-zero emissions customers, an overall analysis is made with the internal conditions of the case company, including PEST analysis, five-force analysis, customer demand analysis, SWOT analysis, business model, etc.. Discuss the needs of the information service industry in the subscription economy and provide a reference for relevant industry players to formulate strategies. |
