    Abstract: 近年來,健保議題,每到選舉,都會被提出來討論,敏感的議題,對於執政者是一個不好處理的考題,攸關到行政團隊的行政成效,選民認同,甚至是政治生命的延續,但回到問題的根本,健保就是要以全民的健康為行動方針,本研究是以近年來常談到的重症醫材:心臟支架,以B公司心臟支架產品為案例,對於台灣醫療器材市場的變化做一個總體環境分析,了解健保政策、經濟狀況、社會氛圍、醫材科技進步的現況並針對市場競爭者,藉由五力分析工具,分析競爭者現況,加上以心臟支架做一個研究主軸,探討2020至2021年近兩年來的變化,透過以文獻探討的資料收集和訪談內容做一個參考,綜合以上結果,對於B公司的優劣勢、機會及威脅提出意見,最後探討出以B公司現況為主軸的行銷策略, 以適合的價格策略加上混合的經營模式分區管理,結合資源整合的力量,組織市場活動,增加牌品認知及客戶關係深化,以達到公司長期經營的理念及目標。
    Recent years, national insurance issues always be raised up during each political elections which are so sensitive and difficult to tackle with. It is also strong linked to the performance of ruling party even its future in Taiwan. Get to the bottom of issues, national insurance policy is aim at helping and protecting people health around Taiwan. The research is about CV stent with B company case sharing to analysis Taiwan market through PEST to know health insurance policy, economics, society, and medical device tech. Knowing that market players status by Porter five forces analysis. The research is period from 2020 to 2021. We also made interview with two key people who are working on the CV field. Finally, we consolidated all key factors and opinions to create market strategy for B company. The hybrid model will consolidate resource from direct team and dealers with proper price strategy to strength brand awareness and cultivate customer relationship to reach long term goal and sustain business.
