    Abstract: 食品產業供應鏈為一個全球化也具複雜性的產業,本文透過文獻整理與案例分析,研究區塊鏈技術在食品產業供應鏈之應用。截止目前文獻上之應用,共可分為六個層面,包含糧食安全、食品安全、食品完整性、支持小農、廢物減少與環境保護以及更好地監督和管理供應鏈。本文搜集文獻介紹其對應之區塊鏈應用場景。本文更近一步以BeefLedger為例,剖析介紹區塊鏈技術如何應用在牛肉供應鏈中。
