Title:	公證費用問題及公證人經濟地位之初探--以我國法及日本法為對象

Abstract:	本文首先對我國法、日本法中公證費用之明文規定、理論基礎及解釋論進行比較。其次，聚焦於目前我國學說、實務就公證費用提出之問題點，考察日本法，並進行討論。最後簡介日本公證費用發展史及近年公證費用修法之重要議題，並介紹日本公證人之社會、經濟地位，發現對我國法之啟發。期能藉以上之檢討，使我國更精確掌握日本法各種公證費用之原理和影響日本公證費用立法之社會背景，作為我國公證費用解釋及修法之參考。
