    Title: 溝通媒介與疲勞感知之關聯探討:以視覺輔助頻率為調節變項
    An Investigation of the Relationships among Media and Fatigue:the Frequency of Using Visual Aid as a Moderator

    Abstract:   近年來新冠疫情促使許多既有的生活習慣產生變化,人與人之間的協作與溝通模式即是其中一例。當溝通媒介被迫從「以面對面為主、視訊為輔」轉換為「以視訊為主、面對面為輔」,使用者的疲勞感知、進行溝通任務時的注意力集中程度會如何受到影響,又該如何避免因媒介轉換導致負面效果的出現,是亟需重視的議題。本研究以Lang(2000)有限容量模型、Fauville, Luo, Muller, Bailenson 與 Hancock(2021)、Bailenson(2021)對於視訊疲勞的研究為基礎,預期視訊溝通將高於面對面時的疲勞感知,而疲勞感知會進一步影響注意力,再檢視視覺輔助使用頻率,預期越高頻率的使用視覺輔助將降低使用者視訊時的疲勞感知且提高注意力,並採調查法收回687份有效樣本檢驗上述推論。
      研究結果顯示,一、視訊溝通較面對面溝通產生更高程度的疲勞感知,疲勞感知會負向影響注意力的集中程度,且溝通媒介會透過疲勞感知完全中介影響注意力的集中程度。二、溝通媒介可能透過提升視覺輔助頻率降低疲勞並影響注意力,視覺輔助的使用頻率確實會調節不同溝通媒介下的疲勞感知,但與預期推論不同,研究發現當低頻率的使用視覺輔助時,視訊溝通會造成較低的疲勞感知,而對注意力沒有影響;當中、高頻率使用視覺輔助時,視訊溝通會造成較高的疲勞感知,且使得注意力集中程度降低。
