    Abstract: 本研究以個案研究法探討機房工程整合服務公司,如何善用組織資源及能力以掌握企業成長機會。個案S公司需擁有洞察並掌握顧客價值需要的特殊能力,發揮此能力並逐漸整合公司內部與外部資源,提供顧客價值導向的產品與服務,以高附加價值的信任、服務與產品競爭力掌握市場優勢,並且與客戶一同成長,達到規模經濟與效益。針對成長策略,本研究建議以「信任的價值」、「解決問題的價值」、「維護好品質的價值」等情感性價值體驗感受作為訴求,贏取顧客忠誠度。本研究認為讓員工發揮能力、讓顧客感動,為企業成長之驅動力來源,本研究之建議亦可供其他業者參考。
    This research uses the case study method to explore how the computer room/data center engineering integration service company makes good use of organizational resources and capabilities to grasp the opportunities for business growth. The case, S company, needs to have the special ability to gain insight into as well as grasp customer value and gradually integrate internal and external resources of the company, providing customer-value-oriented products and services, grasping the market with high value-added trust, service and product competitiveness to gain market advantages, and growing together with customers to achieve economies of scale and benefits. For the growth strategy, this research suggests that emotional value experiences such as “value of trust,”“value of problem solving,” and “value of maintaining good quality” should be used to develop customer loyalty. This study believes that letting employees show their abilities and impressing customers are the sources of the motives for enterprise growth. The suggestions of this study can also be used as a reference for other businesses.
