    Abstract: 校長科技領導、教師專業學習社群是影響學校創新經營良窳的重要因素,本研究旨在了解國民中學校長科技領導、教師專業學習社群與學校創新經營的關係。本研究之對象是以桃園市國民中學 543 位現職教師為樣本,藉由自編「國民中學校長科技領導、教師專業學習社群及學校創新經營調查問卷」為工具進行調查。問卷回收後,以結構方程模式等統計方法進行分析。研究結果顯示,國中校長科技領導與教師專業學習社群對學校創新經營具有正向顯著的影響,教師專業學習社群對校長科技領導與學校創新經營具有中介效果。
    Principals’ technology leadership and teachers’ professional learning community are important factors in innovation management in schools. This study aims to explore the relationships of junior high school principals’ technology leadership, teachers’ professional learning community and school innovation management. We enlisted the help of 543 on-the-job teachers and deployed a self-compiled and proportionately stratified sampling questionnaire, focused on the following topics: "principals’ technology leadership, teachers’ learning community and school innovation
    management”. The data was analyzed by structural equation modeling. The results show that principals’ technology leadership and teachers’ learning communities have positive effects on innovation management. In addition, teachers’ professional learning community has a mediating effect on principals’ technology leadership and innovation management.
