    Title: 臺灣地區性侵害加害人團體心理治療內涵與成效概況之探究

    Abstract: 綜觀現今我國對於性侵害加害人之研究,較多探究其犯罪歷程、人格特性評估、制度政策等,而對於其之治療成效與內涵仍為值得探究與發展之部份,故本研究藉由回顧國內外相關研究與文獻,從性侵害加害人現況、成因與特性著手,進而探究現今性侵害加害人主流治療模式-團體心理治療及其主流模式與內涵,並聚焦目前我國性侵害加害人團體心理治療內涵、歷程與形式,從而探究到其之治療成效彰顯與團體療效因子發揮情形,綜此相關文獻之梳理,研究者亦於文末凝結省思與建議如述:一、團體心理治療有其成效在,然不同特性之性罪犯,治療焦點與方法亦同中有異;二、以認知行為治療概念為基礎,更融和其他治療方法,以深化治療成效,預防再犯;三、成長經驗的探究與犯案動機的探尋,軟化對治療的抗拒,有助療效因子的彰顯;四、對於性侵害加害人的預後追蹤,應建立追蹤系統、支持網絡;五、多聚焦性侵害加害人治療個案之轉變歷程研究,以利未來治療之依歸與參酌。綜上,亦盼能供相關單位與未來處遇參酌。
    The current sex offenders researches in Taiwan, is less explore the therapeutic effectiveness and the therapeutic contents of sex offenders. Therefore, this study reviews the relevant researches from abroad and our country. And first, we want to know the characteristics of the sex offenders. Then, we further explore the models and contents of the major treatments (group psychotherapy) of the sex offenders. And next, we focus on the current group psychotherapy of the sex offenders, and we also explore the effect of the group psychotherapy and the group therapeutic factors. Finally, we make a conclusion of this study. And there have five points of the conclusions in this study: 1. There have the effect of the group psychotherapy, however, for the different characteristics of the sex offender, there have the same way and the different way to cure the different sex offenders. 2. The treatment is based on cognitive behavioral therapy, but this treatment can integrate with other methods to deepen the effect of treatment. 3. It can promote the motivation by exploring the sex offenders` growing experience and the crime motivation, and will help to highlight the effectiveness of the group therapeutic factor. 4. We need to establish the tracking system and the support network of the sex offenders. 5. The future research can focus on the sex offenders` cure process of the treatment.
