    Abstract: 2020年,台灣處於疫情爆發以及純網銀即將開業之際,再加上金融科技的技術逐漸完備,傳統金融業紛紛提出欲發展生態圈之策略,期望透過API的方式將與各種不同的產業相互串連,以貼近客戶的生活場景,帶動金融服務的使用。

    本研究挑選三間在生態圈發展中具有代表性的金融業者,分別為台新銀行、玉山銀行以及Line Bank,並透過個案訪談及次級資料法搜集相關資料,以商業模式圖說明三種不同的生態圈發展模式,並經由分析其優劣勢並給予策略建議。

    由於台新銀行採用銀行即平台的模式,將所有生活和金融相關的功能集於同一平台,客戶無需切換平台就可一次滿足金融與生活的需求,因此客戶體驗較佳;玉山銀行透過全盈支付分散在各種產業的平台上,其優勢為觸點較廣;Line Bank的優勢則在於其社群基礎,未來可期望其透過點數加深與Line生態圈的合作。

    透過本研究可瞭解到傳統金融業者以及純網銀業者在建構金融生態圈上採行策略的差異,由於生態圈仍處於起步階段,筆者期望能夠透過此研究能更夠完善相關的研究內容,並提供未來研究者可行的研究方向。
    In 2020, during the time of the outbreak of Covid-19 and the opening of internet-only bank in Taiwan. Additionally, the technology of FinTech was gradual completing. Therefore, the traditional financial industry has proposed strategies to develop an ecosystem, expecting to interact with various industries through APIs in order to get closer to the customer`s life.

    This study selects three representative financial companies in the development of the ecosystem, including Taishin Bank, Yu-shan Bank and Line Bank. This study collects relevant data through case interviews and secondary data methods, and uses business model diagrams to illustrate three different ecosystems model. Then, I analyzed its pros&cons and gave it strategic recommendations.

    Because Taishin Bank adopts the bank-as-a-platform model, integrating all life and financial services on the same platform, customers can meet all financial and life needs in one stop, so the customer experience is better; Yu-shan Bank is dispersed in various industries through Quan Ying Payment On the platform, its advantage is that it has a wide range of contacts; The advantage of Line Bank lies in its community foundation. In the future, it can be expected to deepen its cooperation with the Line ecosystem through points.

    Through this research, we can understand the differences in the strategies adopted by traditional financial banks and internet-only banks in constructing a financial ecosystem. Since the ecosystem is still in its infancy, the author hopes that through this research, the relevant research content can be further provided and can offer some feasible research directions for future researchers.
