With the growth of the Internet and the concept of social media matching, there arise a new trend for startup companies which are lack of funds to raise capital by crowdfunding. They can make a proposal for the fundraising plan and publish it on the fundraising platform for the public to browse the plan and pre-purchase products. However, there are three main problems with the existing fundraising platforms, including information asymmetry, opacity, and unclear fund flow. In order to solve the problems and increase the diversity of fundraising types, this study developed a fundraising and investment platform which is based on blockchain and smart contract. With the features of immutability and traceability of blockchain, the platform records the data generated by the fundraising, investment and profit-sharing, and it makes the fund flows more transparent. In addition to the common types of fundraising, this platform also provides the fundraising plan for starting a business and franchising, which makes the fundraising platform more diversified, and provides store management teams with the opportunity to raise funds to operate the store. It aims to implement the social value of inclusive financing.
