    Abstract: 隨著金融的自由化、國際化發展的趨勢,國內的金融機構歷經了 1991 年
    台灣開放新銀行設立、2001 年金控法之通過。多項的金融開放改革,使得國內短時間出現大量家數銀行,產業因而產生過度競爭,但過度的競爭,卻也使得市場出現削價競爭、獲利降低的情況,銀行家數過多成為了一大問題。本研究主要探討該類型的基層金融機構面對產業的環境,如何利用自身的競爭優勢,發展出競爭策略,在國內現有的市場規模下,如何取得一席之地,與大型金控底下的商銀互相競爭。
    本研究主要是採用個案研究法,將信用合作社轉制為商業銀行的銀行定位
    為基層金融機構,先利用 Porter 提出的五力分析了解外在環境因素,而後再利用挑選之個案銀行進行研究、SWOT 分析,並從其經營策略中找出競爭策略。
    最終該研究對於基層金融機構提出幾點建議: (一)專精策略經營(二)提升企業的知名度,增加品牌能見度(三)設法提升資產規模(四)提供良好的員工福利制度,吸引具創新力的新血注入(五)持續發展數位金融創新服務,並透過異業結盟提供客戶全方位服務。以上數點建議,希望能維持並進一步提升競爭優勢,達到企業永續經營的目標。
    With the trend of financial liberalization and internationalization, domestic financial institutions have gone through the establishment of new bank in Taiwan in
    1991 and the passage of the Financial Holding Company Act in 2001. A number of financial opening and reforms have led to the emergence of a large number of domestic banks in a short time period, resulting in excessive competition in the industry. However,excessive competition has also led to price-cutting competition in the market and reduced profits. The excessive number of banks has become a major problem. This paper is mainly talking about how this type of community financial institutions can take advantage of their own competitive advantages to develop a competitive strategy in the face of the industrial environment and how to establish the place in the existing domestic market to compete with commercial banks under large financial holdings.
    This research mainly adopts the case study method and positions the bank transformed from credit unions into commercial banks as community financial institutions. It first uses the Porter five forces analysis to understand the external environmental factors. Then uses the bank selected by this paper to conduct research and SWOT analysis to find out the competitive strategy from its business strategy.
    Finally, this paper make several suggestions for community financial institutions: (1)Specialize in strategic management (2) Improve the reputation of the company and
    increase brand visibility (3) Try to increase the scale of assets (4) Provide a good employee benefits programs to attract innovative talents (5) Continuously develop digital financial innovation services and provide customers with comprehensive services through cross-industry alliances. The above suggestions are hoped to maintain III and further enhance the competitive advantage to achieve the goal of corporate sustainable operation.
