    Abstract: 運動的益處逐漸受到重視,中小學運動代表隊的參與人數持續增加中,而運動團隊中,教練扮演著舉足輕重的角色,不僅影響選手在場上的表現,更影響著選手的品格,本研究旨在探究教師所使用的理解式球類教學法(Teaching Game for Understanding, TGFU)與團隊訓練使用的理解式訓練法(Game Sense)關聯之處,透過國內外文獻綜整,提出兩方法之異同及相關策略,希冀能提供教練在團隊訓練中之應用。研究發現兩種方法皆是以學習者為中心,強調情境中的學習、訓練模式,學習目標則有所不同,TGFU希望學生能在比賽情境中學習,認識各項運動的本質;Game Sense則以比賽的勝利、戰術練習為訓練的方向。建議未來在訓練的安排上以多元訓練方法為考量,可將Game Sense使用在基本技術的訓練之後,其他訓練方法交互使用,達到訓練之目的。未來研究可朝向理解式訓練法用於運動團隊訓練之實證研究,提供基層教練更完整領導運動團隊之參酌。
    The benefits of sports are gradually being valued. The number of participants in sports teams in primary and secondary schools continues to increase. In sports teams, coaches play a pivotal role, which not only affects the performance of the players on the field, but also affects the character of the players. The purpose of this research is In order to explore the relationship between the Teaching Game for Understanding (TGFU) used by teachers and the Game Sense method used in team training, through a comprehensive literature review at home and abroad, the similarities and differences between the two methods are proposed. Related strategies, hoping to provide coaches in the application of team training. The study found that both methods are learner-centered, emphasizing the learning and training mode in the situation, and the learning objectives are different. TGFU hopes that students can learn in the competition situation and understand the essence of various sports; Game Sense uses The victory of the game and tactical practice are the direction of training. It is recommended to consider multiple training methods in the training arrangement in the future. Game Sense can be used after the training of basic techniques, and other training methods can be used interactively to achieve the purpose of training. Future research can be directed towards empirical research on the application of comprehension training methods in sports team training, and provide a reference for grassroots coaches to lead sports teams more completely.
