    摘要: 國立臺灣圖書館圖書醫院的圖書修護歷史迄今已105年，有關該館在圖書修護的技術與裝幀轉變，幾乎未見於任何報章雜誌或刊物中，因此本文聚焦於國立臺灣圖書館各個時期圖書修護的探討及比較裝幀風格，研究方法則以國立臺灣圖書館圖書醫院為案例研究，從各時期文獻記載切入分為三大時期，就日治時期臺灣總督府圖書館圖書修護方式爬梳，對臺灣各時期圖書修護及圖書裝幀情形加以釐清與比較，並在文末提出建議以供參考。
    The National Taiwan Library Book Hospital has had a history of book preservation for 105 years, but has hardly been seen known to the public regarding the progress in the Hospital’s book repair and book binding skills . Therefore, it is necessary to take a closer look at the book preservation and book binding methods used by the National Taiwan Library in different periods. This is also the motivation for this case study of the National Taiwan Library Book Hospital. The divided its various records down from the Japanese Occupation until today into three period for comparison, so as to better understand the book repair and book binding situation in different periods in Taiwan. And some suggestions are made at the end of the article for reference.
