    摘要: 臺灣面對房價節節高漲與日益嚴重的低生育率,家戶購屋及生育決策也受到關注。本研究旨在探討不同房屋所屬權之下房價對於家庭生育決策的影響。研究資料係取自中央研究院調查之華人家庭動態資料庫及內政部不動產資訊平台的房價資料,期望透過個體的追蹤資料分析房價與房屋所屬權對生育第一胎的影響。研究結果顯示房價對生育第一胎為負向影響,房價每增加十萬元會使生育第一胎的機率減少1.3%。若將房價改為房價變化率則對生育第一胎有負向影響,房價變化每增加100%使生育第一胎的機率減少3.9%。其中,不論為夫妻共同持有或父母所有時,房價對生育第一胎皆為負向影響。且居住房屋為父母所有相較於夫妻自己所有的家庭,房價上漲對生育的負向影響較小。
