    Abstract: 伴隨著國人所得攀升與工商社會的來臨,肥胖逐漸成為我國國人健康窒礙的主要問題之一;事實上,伴隨著體重增加的發生,人體結構在器官運作負荷與相關生理事宜都將發生程度上的改變,此時,若無專業醫療適當地介入、評估與治療,減重一事對於肥胖者而言,可能會造成身體隱藏的副作用或代謝問題。有鑑於此,近年來在我國,隨處可見各級醫療院所陸續設立專責的減重門診;本研究之目的建立在企業經營策略之角度,以A診所為個案探討對象,總結出A診所面臨現今的經營環境,應有的事業組合與競爭策略。研究結果顯示,A診所面對當前與未來的經營環境有三大策略,如下:
    一、減重醫學尚以藥物處方為主,其他方法為輔
    二、以自身院所資源為基礎,擘劃合適的複合式醫療經營模式
    三、善用科技來建立減重病患在療程中的共創價值
    With the rising income of Chinese people and the advent of the industrial and commercial society, obesity has gradually become one of the main problems of Chinese people’s health. In fact, with the occurrence of weight gain, the body structure will suffer from the degree of organ operating load and related physiological issues. Change. At this time, if there is no professional medical intervention, evaluation and treatment, weight loss may cause hidden side effects or metabolic problems in the body for obese people. In view of this, in recent years in my country, medical institutions at all levels have successively set up dedicated weight loss clinics; the purpose of this research is based on the perspective of corporate business strategy, taking the A Clinic as a case study object, and summing up the A Clinic Facing the current business environment, the business combination and competitive strategy should be needed. The results of the research show that A Clinic has three major strategies for the current and future business environment, as follows:
    1.Weight loss medicine is still based on drugs; other methods are supplementary.
    2.Planning a suitable appropriate medical business model based on its own hospital resources.
    3.Co-creating health value with well applying novel technology
