Abstract: | 2020年新冠肺炎疫情讓民生與經濟受到不小衝擊,金融業卻因疫情影響零接觸的交易需求大增,進而促使數位金融服務發展步伐大幅躍進。
由於網路與手機普及,加上人工智慧、機器學習、區塊鏈等新興技術不斷地發展,現在客戶可以用智慧型手機完成大部份銀行交易,這對傳統商業銀行,既是商機也是挑戰,面臨數位化的時代來臨,金融服務不斷尋求創新、轉型契機 如何運用數位科技將財富管理業務重塑轉型升級,是現今銀行業關注的關鍵問題。本研究透過相關文獻的整理,以及本人從事銀行工作十六年的實務經驗,以C個案銀行為研究對象從現今數位金融發展、銀行財富管理現況、現有商業模式與同業競爭及未來發展方向等方面加以分析,最後對傳統商業銀行如何將數位科技應用於財富管理加以整合,提出建議。 Corona Virus Disease 2019 in 2020 has caused a lot of impact on people`s livelihood and economy. Although the epidemic has damaged the economy and life, it is not entirely negative for the financial service industry. Financial transactions that can be completed without face-to-face contact, such as transfer and consumption Increase, which in turn promotes the acceleration of the development of digital financial services.
Due to the popularity of the Internet and mobile phones, coupled with the continuous development of artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain and other emerging technologies, customers can now use smartphones to complete most banking transactions. This is both a business opportunity and a challenge for traditional commercial banks. Facing the advent of digitalization, financial services are constantly seeking opportunities for innovation and transformation. How to use digital technology to reshape, transform and upgrade wealth management business is a key issue that the banking industry is concerned about today. Based on the collation of relevant literature and my sixteen years of practical experience in banking, this study takes C Case Bank as the research object from the current digital financial development, the current status of bank wealth management, the current business model and competition in the industry, and the future development direction. The analysis, finally, puts forward suggestions on how to integrate digital technology in wealth management by traditional commercial banks. |
