    Abstract: 老年人口的增加,強大的醫療基礎設施,市場中越來越重視預防性和修復性牙科治療。 此外,據美國牙科協會稱,美國 85.0% 的人們都很重視牙齒健康,並認為口腔健康是身體護理的重點。而亞洲被看好為全球牙科設備複合年均成長率最快的地區,其中中國和印度等亞洲國家是具有發展醫療基礎設施和新興發展的經濟體,現在也同時專注於研發,這些因素將有助於該地區牙科設備市場的增長。
    本研究透過個案公司從倉儲加工物流公司中累積加工經驗,轉型進入牙科代理商之案例,分析牙科代理商的競爭來源及代理商環境,並藉由個案公司不同階段化策略,了解代理商在市場中成長的發展布局。
    台灣醫療器材代理商受限於法規及相對狹小的產業規模,若銷售範圍只有台灣則產業成長幅度有限,遂找尋不同發展方向為成長關鍵,個案公司經過各項評估決定,一改過去代理商只能純做貿易的方向,期望與A企業合作共同研發製造產品,以不同身分進軍東南亞市場。本研究藉由個案研究法,透過深度訪談方式蒐集資料。個案公司董事長從 2001 年創立倉儲加工物流公司後,藉由不同階段之公司轉型及創立,了解面對環境的因應態度及策略規劃。
    個案公司屬於中小型企業,初期目標為協助A企業代工,並在熟悉流程之後跟著原廠一同發展產品進軍東南亞市場。
    對台灣醫療器材代理商而言,容易面臨和個案公司相似的困境,本研究
    試圖以個案公司之案例,進而分析不同階段醫療器材商的布局,即面臨困境下, 如何祭出最適合的國際化策略。
    With the increase of the elderly population, the strong medical infrastructure, the market pays more and more attention to preventive and restorative dental treatment. In addition, according to the American Dental Association, 85.0% of people in the United States believe that oral health is of great importance of body care. Asia is regarded as the region with the fastest compound annual growth rate of dental equipment in the world. Among them, Asian countries such as China and India are with promising medical infrastructure and they are now also focusing on R&D. These factors will help the growth of the dental equipment market in the region.
    This study uses case study to explore how a company accumulate processing experience from warehousing, processing and logistics and transforms into dental agents. By learning different phased strategies of the case company, we can learn the growth momentum of the agent.
    Taiwan`s medical equipment agents are limited by regulations and relatively small industrial scale. If the sales scope is only in Taiwan, the growth rate of the industry is limited. Therefore, looking for different development directions is the key to growth. After various evaluations, the case company decided to cooperate with A company, develop products together and enter the Southeast Asian market. This research uses case study method to collect data through in-depth interviews.
    Since the chairman of the case company founded the warehouse processing logistics company in 2001, he has learned about the response attitude and strategic planning to the environment through the transformation and establishment of the company in different stages.
    The company is a small and medium-sized enterprise. The initial goal is to assist A company, and enter the market after familiar with the manufacture process.
    For Taiwanese medical equipment agents, they are prone to face difficulties similar to those of the case company. This study attempts to analyze the layout of medical equipment companies at different stages.
