Abstract:	甲向乙借款600萬元，並以其所有之A、B二筆土地供乙設定均為第一次序之共同抵押權。之後，甲向丙借款270萬元，並以A供丙設定第二次序抵押權；又向丁借款210萬元，以A供丁設定第三次序抵押權。最後，甲向戊借款300萬元，以B供戊設定第二次序抵押權。
