    Title: 從美國法學教育與考試制度看我國法學教育與考試之改革

    Abstract: 本文檢討我國法學教育與國家考試制度下產生如考試引導教學、學校教育無法因應社會需求、在職教育制度不健全等問題,以美國法學教育與考試制度為借鏡。首先介紹美國法學教育之發展、制度化入學之方式、教學內容與課程之安排,其中值得注意者為美國法學教育的法學寫作課程、與實務的連結、對道德的要求以及對國際化趨勢敏感度。其次介紹提供美國律師考試制度、律師之招募及聘用制度、在職訓練及繼續法學教育(CLE)等資訊,並與我國之相關制度作比較,以作為我國對於法學教育與國家考試制度改革之參考。
