Title:	給臺灣法學教授的一封信——就兒童及少年性交易防制條例的規定及執行提出幾個問題

Abstract:	在我們的社會上,有許多青少年犯罪的情形,比這些少女的行為情形更為嚴重,但這些人可能受到司法機構依據法律較為人性的對待及關懷,而這些被裁定認為有從事性交易或有從事性交易之虞(如何認定?)或者根本只是一時好奇的少女,卻可能因此被國家假借保護之名,失去自由長達兩年。請問身為法律人的我們究竟可以做什麼,以促使「兒童及少年性交易防制條例」早日修法,並使其執行受到監督,以保障台灣少女的權益?
